Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service
In case of no-show, 100% of the amount will be charged. If this is not paid within 8 days, a debt collection notice will be sent
In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, i reserve the right to cancel the appointment
